Annual subscriptions and membership fees
Upon being invited and before being admitted as member of the institute, every applicant shall pay an entrance fee known as membership fees, and after being admitted, every member shall in each year pay an annual fee hereinafter called the annual subscription fee which shall be applied in the running the business and affairs of the institute, the payment of salaries, the costs of goods and services supplied to the institute, and in meeting other expenses incurred in the operations and activities of the institute.Other sources of income are training, seed money, grants and Donations for projects and programs
