The Institute brings to bear its extensive, local and international experts from the private sector, service and operating companies, government regulatory agencies and leading education institution to provide our participants and clients with the most updated and sector sensitive service information possible. EIU has been engaged in the implementation of long-term own managed projects, long-term guidance of change processes, project management units and short-term consultancy assignments. Most long-term assignments are combinations of organizational strengthening and human resources development. The short-term missions reflect the scope of EIU expertise in general: training, workshop moderation, stakeholder analysis, organization development, development and management of human resources, project and program formulation, monitoring systems design and project, program and policy evaluations.
